Programme Overview
This qualification provides those working with children and young people the knowledge on how to
recognise and respond to cases of alleged or suspected abuse. This is a qualification that indicates an individual can undertake a specific role in the workplace and that may be relied upon by employers.

Entry Requirement
It is recommended that learners have a minimum of Level 1 literacy or equivalent.
